Taken recently at Wisley, this little clearwing was probably no more than an inch or so long.
Got my tripod set up, and he flew off. This happened a couple of times before he posed for this image.
Cropped very slightly, sharpened very slightly, but thats about it.

Excellent shot of the clearwing but feel there is still to much distracting background taking up half the capture, the light areas top and middle left are very distracting, this could be amazing but for these points! Do a crop and upload a second image.
