Very nice image. It's a shame the top of the dome is not in the image though. I wonder if you cropped the right side so you only have three tramlines and lose the car and then crop the top down to the top of that lovely building it would take away the distraction of an incomplete building. This would give you a very dynamic composition. Please try it and let me know if you repost as I really do like this image.

Pulteney Bridge, Bath

this is a very pleasing record shot but I cannot decide what I am looking at. Try a severe crop of right down to just above pulteney bridge so you take out the sky, excess trees, buildings and the large building to the LHS. Your focal point then becomes the bridge, river and boats. Pulteney bridge is a lovely building so this would really enhance it.
