~Considering the passing speed of the bird and the tricky nature of the shot, I should keep it not bin it. I have something similar and offered it to Practical Photography 'cos I was so proud. Needless to say the beauty is in the eye of the beholder or in this case "BE PROUD of your achievement!"

CORAL RED SEA

Very jealous. Not being a swimmer, I'll never have the chance to try this... I know 'cos I tried when we were in Florida and nearly drowned!

Congratulations, Jon S, you've come a LOOONNNGG long way in a year. I don't know if anyone else has made the connection, but looking through the pix you've posted, you've obviously taken yourself very very seriously. And it shows. Hope you're doing well and selling a few too!
Well done!

Quire - Gloucester Cathedral

Quire - Gloucester Cathedral by em0231

I don't understand your spelling - am I missing something? a group of singers is normally known as a choir as far as I know, whilst a quire is an old-fashioned measure of quantity (the one most-often used nowadays is the "ream" for 500 as in sheets of paper).

GET BACK SHEP

Did you take another shot without the dog too? I'm thinking travel brochures, if you happened to know exactly where you were. or walking magazines or those countryside companion magazines...

Did the dog jump, in the end?

A very keen shot. Just shows you what you can achieve when you have the patience.

Contrived? Or maybe (more to the point) showing the ability to illustrate the fruits of autumn?
