Another view of that magical scene in Volterra..........as the day draws to a close the sky turns a gentle shade of apricot and the warm light accentuates the honey coloured stone of the local architecture. The light although soft seems to penetrate the foliage of the olive groves,reflecting off the silvery leaves and dispelling any shadows to reveal the detail in the earth and grasses beneath.
