it is a rare beauty Andy. Now the swans belong there, like the mud and the algae.
It's not the swans Andy. Me thinks you got a cracker here.
Well done. WesternRed.
The swans serene appearance doesn't distract, but enhances.. Wonderful capture as always
This shot ahs got a lovely feel to it Andy stunning shot

I like the swans, they give an air of mystery - super photo, just what we are all coming to expect from you. Thank you very much for your award for Little Red's eye it is much appreciated.

Lovely shot Andy, Great colours, Nice one..

Steve...
I'm generally a fan of "the scene is what it is"...and therefore don't bother cloning out power lines or lampposts and stuff.
As for waiting for things to get out of the way, I think these swans fit into the picture perfectly, Andy.
Gorgeous light and shot.
Besides, at that time of the day, the light changes so quickly. If you'd waited for the swans to go, you might've lost some colour.
Andrew
Such stunning serenity Andy, I'm glad you included the swans they add so much to this image. I normally like to include wildlife and farm animals in my landscape, they usually add interest unless they are looking away from the camera or doing something silly. I agree with Andrew I don't like to clone things out unless they look completely out of place
