Got sent home from work yesterday afternoon because of the snow,so what better opportunity than to go out into the woodland at the back of my house and get creative ?...................

This is Heald Wood in Burnley looking very virginal in its' white veil of snow.

Hope we get some more of the stuff today Wink

Please try LARGE & F11 .....you can just about make out the gate ( I hadn't seen it at the time of capture so it was a nice surprise to find some bg interest on processing Smile )

Thanks for looking & take care if you're out there.

Beautiful snow scene Jane - well taken !

We have had a night of snow again here - so if it stops, will be out for a walk later.

Such a shame, having to finish work early and come home! There's certainly plenty of snow here in this lovely image, Jane. Lots here in Wakefield, too, it snowed all day long yesterday.

Needs to be seen large to get the fine detail, a cracking shot.
