This a shot of the interior of a WW 2 guards van, taken at the Haven Street Steam Fair today, as you can probably see a somewhat dark and dingy place to spend your working day, as their are no windows, and the only light you have is the lamp in the corner. Not to sure what health and safety would say about that these days !!! Though I suppose you could always go and stand on the open platform at the rear of the van Tongue Anyway hope this offering appeals.
As you may well notice it was taken at iso 1600, so that will give you some idea of how dark it was in there.

Thank you all so much for all your C&C's very much appreciated and valued

Thanks for taking the time to look

Regards

Hugh

I'm sure it was a dingy place to work with a small lamp to provide the light!
However, from a photography point of view, the lighting is excellent!
A superb shot, Hugh.

I agree, the lighting is exceptional, a really well executed image and very nostalgic. SmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

Lighting is top class Hugh. Thank goodness you were'nt tempted to use flash. It would have totally destroyed the lovely atmosphere.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Very interesting image, it really gives the viewer the feel of just how claustrophobic it must have been to be couped up in there for hours!!
