A Painted Lady enjoying the sunshine.

I would have been happier had she rested on a pretty flower, rather then the garden path - but, oh well!

A marvellous close up of this painted lady basking in the summer sunshine, lucky you having one visit your garden, i've only seen one all year and that was a very faded and tatty specimen!

Thank you everyone for your c&c's. Smile

Ed: I've only ever seen one at a time, whether it's the same one or not, I can't be sure - but it looks in good condition if it's been around all this time! Smile
