Did you go for a dive off the end of the jetty, Jason? Bet the water was warm enoughWink
I saw a b&w version as soon as I opened the thumb. Have done one...what do you think? Does it work? It lacks the warmth of your original.

It most certainly works Malc - thank you. I like this a lot and must have a go myself. And no I did not do as you thought - nothing to do with the temperature of course just didn't want to disturb the water!!!!Wink

Hi Jason, nice image. I put it into Photoshop CS6, copied the background layer > adjustment layer > gradient map > gradient editor > sepia-selenium 2. Also I noted some dust spots in the sky, so it looks like something is in need of a clean. Anyway, hope you like the mod.

I do like the composition and that light is just wonderful; I can sense the atmosphere from here - any midges? Congrats on the GEA Jason! Smile

Thank very much for the mod Stephen - I like it. I must check out those dust sopts and thanks for pointing them out.
Jenn - yes it was just as the sun was coming up over the mountains so it was ligthing the tops but not the bottom of the slopes.
Ann - it was clear of midges that morning but a couple of days later we had a BBQ in the evening by the loch and got bitten to death - I counted 101 bites on hands and ankles from 2 hours BBQ. Must remember that repellent next time!!!
