Contrast Dull vs Color

Many Thanks for your kind remarks. It was taken with not the most sophisticated of cameras, but I wanted to capture the night scene but get the near/far contrast. Was taken using the B setting to keep the shutter open for as long as possible and trusting my daughter to stay as still as possible.
