Nice shot neal.You can remove and repost if you are going to recrop, no problem.

Sorry for the rookie comments (and for my probable missuse of this commetns area), but if I delete it do I lose the comments and can I repost the same day if I have already hit my limit?

You lose the comments but I've heard but not tried, that you can copy and paste them?
