Whilst I have seen red kites on many occasions and am well aware that they don't land on the ground to feed on carrion rather snatch it and fly away I've never heard nor seen a kite snatch from the surface of the water. Any idea what it snatched from the surface? By: Tonyd3 |

Nice shot, good attempt By: PCarman |
Another lovely well taken shot of a lovely looking model, although IMHO the model could do with opening her eyes. In all three shots you've posted she has the same look, I don't know if her eye lashes were too heavy for her but not being able to see her eyes does detract from the picture. In this shot I think your level is also a bit too low if you had been closer to the models eye level she may have opened her eyes some more. She is a lovely model and it would be nice to see how she does with art nude poses By: k_words |

Glen Etive one of the best places in Scotland to see Golden Eagles. Stunning scenery. Lovely shot By: teepee |
single trees when surrounded by virgin snow look great very stark By: rontear |
I don't like to be picky on peoples hard work but your title is technically wrong. The bird is clearly a red kite and like a vulture it eats carrion so unlike a raptor would not take & kill prey unless it was already dead. I like the picture despite its problems with focusing By: mike5537 |
The world's smallest penguin ? I believe it's a Java Sparrow By: philhomer |
