Wonderful face on the subject,unlike pamelajean I find the green OK but the white distracting. I guess it is a shot that appears and not planned so not much time to position your self to get the ideal background.

Sorry but it is difficult to see what you intended with this picture. it is out of focus and looks like a frozen puddle.
Try to get your object in focus, use a tripod or brace against something to keep the camera and youeself still. A description of what you intend would help critics.
