I have a girl of a similar age and know how hard it is to get them to stand still long enough to compose a photo so well done on this one! It gets a bit dark above the forehead and maybe a reflector would have been good - but the exposure and apature setting seem ok to me. nice one.
Since this is a little girl's portrait, I would lighten it a bit up - just doing some adjusting with the Levels in PS. I would also lighten up her eyes a bit, to bring back the real colour. To make the face stand out really well, you could also brush away the background a bit with a dark colour, and crop some of the bottom, so that the face will get the attention.
This is a lovely face - hope you can get her to pose more often for you!
