Lovely low angle and great timing.... shame the focus is out, the exposure's pretty good.. difficult to say much else as you've not put the camera settings... not easy to get these shots spot on, believe me I've tried and failed lots of times.. I've got a couple of shots like this in my portfolio if you're interested.

Jon is certainly right, Jenny, that these sorts of shots are really difficult as deer are such skittish creatures. You just have no time to get your self prepared.
It looks like you had some nice soft light in your favour. And you have done well to catch the animal with all its feet off the ground. It gives a real sense of how skittish they are.
It's a shame that the animal is not sharp. You have not given us your camera settings but you need a very fast shutter speed to freeze the action and avoid blur - as high as 1/1000 sec. It does look like you have enough light, so such a quick speed should be possible and you can always bump up your ISO to get more speed.
Composition-wise the big bunch of grass in the foreground fights a bit with the animal for my attention. In my mod I have cropped your shot down the right hand side and also corrected the overexposure on the rump.
