Ice Kiss
Men being men, there aren't many who will pass this one by. It reminds me of a 'Pink' wedding I did where the two brides were absolutely stunning and I thought all my Christmas's had come at once when I asked them to kiss - and they did! That is another story, your shot however is good but it could do with a little work at the outer edges where the hair meets the face, having said that the concept is good and the image well taken. nice one, John.

Amsterdam by night
When you take images with artificial light you may wish to change the white balance from daylight to incandecent (in this particular case). It's all to do with the colour of light and these street bulbs give of the same coulor you would find if you took a photograph in your home without any flash. This can be an effect you may desire though. The Moon is a tricky one. The exposure for the main part of the image was too slow for the moon to record any detail - it just burned out. Look at my image called Harbour lights back from yours and you will see what I mean, it was a double exposure. Your basic image is fine and I hope you have an opportunity to experiment with the night photography some more, even if it is just to perfect your technique, hope this is of some use to you. I tried to upload a modification I had done to show what it would havelooked like but I am at school right now and the system filters blocked my upload- sorry. John
