This is the beautiful Featherstone Castle, I had the pleasure of visiting with danbrann ( http://www.ephotozine.com/u24654 ) some time ago. Thought it was about time I posted another, was a great day out.
Will not be about much today, will try and catch up later as am off to photograph a hill climb event.

I was fortunate enough to visit Northumberland in September 2007, I got some awesome shots there, it is certainly one of the most beautiful parts of England and if you like castles you're in heaven!

I must admit I'm nor familiar with its 25 castles but this one is a corker. Well composed and good lighting.
