Hello everyone, sorry I have not been about but had no internet after it crashed on me.
Hope all have had a great christmas Smile
This is on one of the tracks into my village, the little chuch spire acting as a focal point. The church like many, is now waiting to be sold off and converted into a home.

Welcome back, John. Plenty of internet here but little time!
This is unmistakably yours, and very good too. The winding lane looks most attractive in the snow while the patches of brighter light suggest an improvement in the weather!

I'd say the church is probably a bit small to be a "focal point" as such - I onl;y noticed when I read your "about" section - a focal point needs to shout out "look at me" as soon as the photo is opened Wink

in this situation, maybe getting close to the fence or wall and using a post of something would give you the focal point - a large lookin post with snow on may have done the trick?
