Not a lot of frost up here but it was minus 4 degrees..
It never got much warmer after the sun rose from behind the mountains to the east of here either.

Thanks Barbara and Martin.
Martin I expected to find lots of togs up there but I was first despite the false start at Ullswater. Another gent and trainee tog arrived, and stood by the inner sanctum hogging it. I just kept to the edge and gave up and moved on eventually

haha.. The Rug was loose... he did follow a walker over to the far corner to the stile to go walkies... but he could not get himself over the stile!
I bet there were more folk there at sunset like when you were there ![]()
At least I grabbed this and a couple more before the other two arrived.
