Many thanks for the overwhelming response and for all the User Awards for yesterdays upload...
Off over the sea to Skye for a few nights tomorrow.......not sure if the cottage has Wifi or not...so may be the last upload for a few days.. (phew some may say! lol)
Fab light and comp, here have my user award
Thank you so much Bren........

..oops....sorry Maddie (knew there would be one Phew! haha)...well I will be back at work next Thursday - so by about 2pm that day I will feel like I have never been away!
I was too busy trying to work out what those sticks were in the middle ( I swear they remind me of telegraph poles! ) to notice a rabbit in the dirt.

Wellllllllllllllll Keith.............I wondered about removing them.....but then (1) they exist and provide a link to those down the glen to the outside world....and (2) my editing is crap!
I'd paint them with red and white stripes
Oh gawd........that would remind me of Blackpool........and I am avoiding that like the Plague!
I keep coming back so often I've seen the dusty blob now.
You are just coming back to see if I wee'd...
The mountains are calling Jeanie, awesome.

Well now you've forced me to bring attention to the that stream of p1$$ running through the middle of a perfectly good landscape.
hahah.. Ok already.........I will have a go at editing... but not tonight...........did I mention going to Skye in the morning so I have to pack to move over there...(heck Maddie will be cursing....!)
Excellent image Jeanie. Enjoy Skye
Stunning image, just love the light and mood it portraits thats 30!
Lovely image nice one.
Kind Regards Willie
Quality shot, Jeanie. An image should illicit an emotional response. This makes me want to weep because I'm not there
Very nice image, lovely, well done!
Lovely image Jeanie - enjoy Skye!
Fantastic, it's turned me a shade of green! We must get to Scotland in the Winter sometime!!
Breathtaking image. Simply stunning.
I'm late to the party on this one but I've been nightshift Friday night and last night (that's my excuse). The folds of the land give a lot of depth as well as vertical symmetry and the square crop works well to let the eye wander within the frame. I think the white water and illuminated snow balance each other well for horizonal symmetry and all this balance is probably why I think the square crop is so effective. Hope you have a great time on Skye! It's snowing here a lot today so hopefully I'll get out with the camera later on.
Thank you very much everybody for the amazing support on this image.. Sorry for the delay in thanking but had no internet signal on Skye.
