Brilliant composition Jeanie, I love the effect the big stopper has created in both the sky and the water. My only crit would be the noise, a selection on both these areas with a feather then a run thru noise reduction should turn this into a winner.

Ed.

I have just done a version of the save, having run the image through the Noise Reduction filter... Smile

Great shot Jeanie, was surprised it wasn't a 'heavier' filter! I agree about the noise.....worth trying the technique mentioned by Ed. Can't fault the photograph tho Smile

Thank you Ron, Stewart, Bob, Sandy, Dougie, Peter, Iain, Scott and Geoff..

Many thanks indeed, Bob and Howson, for your User Awards - very much appreciated indeed.

I have just returned from the Lakes, having finished the day at Wastwater with Chris Styles and Mand Broughton - Clear blue skies but the mountains/screes were beautifully lit! Didn't have the same appeal though without clouds and we ended up in the pub! Smile
