Who cares about the yawners - a great location is a great location. Another good image from here Jeanie - you've done wonders with that sky actually.

So many use this type of exposure to creat this type of image, sadly not so many can capture it as well as you have, I would say a defo 10/10 for this one, perfectly done.

Thank you Dan, Dave and Ron..

Dave there were two boats - other is over the side of the jetty. I was not going to bother with them cos they are blurry but advised not to worry about that... The other will get an airing in due course, no doubt lol. Smile

Another beauty and distinctively yours Jeanie, I could pick it out of the thumbnails as such! Lovely hints of movement in water and sky... if I had to guess I'd say taken with an ND 1.2? Wink

Well worked here Jeanie, the composition and the light and tones combined with the movement all work so well.

Very atmospheric and beautifully captured Jeannie - the lines of the water, the rocks and even the movement in the sky cleverly lead the eye through the image to the peaks in the distance.

Scavaig looks best to me like this Jeanie, to hell with yawners, they've missed a great place in dramatic weather. Might just manage a peek here on the way to/from Uist in a few weeksTongue
