Another from the weekend,prety sure they are owl butterflies? which are huge butterflies, and look like the size of small bats when flying, anyway thanks for looking and all comments most welcome

Very nice shot. Detail is great, looks like it should be in a Dr Dolittle movie, similar to the Pushme-Pullme Llama.

Hi Luke,Definite owl butterflies and i am no expert,those great big eye looking parts on the wing give them away.Superb detail,lighting,colour/tones,texture,hats off to you for this one i have seen them but never like this.Amazing capture,composition and presentation.Take care.Ann![]()
