This shot of a blue tailed damselfly was taken last night at around 9.15pm due to the lack of light i used a iso800 turned down flash, manual focus (would not focus with auto). Hand held

Excellent detail Luke. I don't think they have a Tongue as such, I suspect its part of the extensible jaw / mandibles. (You can see something similar in my Alien.

You've controlled the noise very well yet still kept the detail - good work
