Not sure what these buildings are called, but they are apartments at Salford Quays. Taken in September last year, i really like the mono version, moreso than the colour. I think it gives a feel of a Mediteranean holiday complex, on the beach almost!

yes, i used a polarizer. had just bought it so was fiddling and turning to get the best effect! ive got a few similar pics with different skies due to the effects of the polarizer. i like the dark skies... (wont stop me messing with the pics when ive got time spare though
