A bird nesting box that someone gave us a few years ago and which has, as you can probably tell, has been screwed to the fence ever since.
I've never seen a bird use it, or indeed ever go near it but I did once find some downy feathers and some droppings inside it, so presumably someone's showed a little interest, at least.
