Photo 366 (356) "The view from my door."
367 (837)
The scene today from my front door.
It's been snowing constantly since the early hours and is showing no signs of abating.

For gods sake Bren, don't slip over in the snow now, and break a leg - when you're within sight of the end !!!!!
Are you going to do another stint for 2013 ??
Hi Jack,
Broken leg or not, nothing will prevent me from completing this now!
I've just spent two hours on "deviantART," where I've got the same collection running but on there it appears as a gallery.
I realised the other day that the 366th. day falls a day later than exactly a (leap) year from when I started, so, using the "deviantART" version, I backtracked, carefully checking the number below each image.
It turns out, I'd used the number 136 (June 13th. 2012) twice, so I've had to re-number everything that I've uploaded since then to be able to complete the project on the final day!
Because everything on there's laid out as a gallery, it wasn't too difficult to correct, albeit a bit time consuming. Putting it right on here would be a different matter though. I shall leave this one and just end it on the correct date.
Will I be doing it again next year . . . ?
No, I b****y well won't!
It's been fun, enjoyable, informative and I feel quietly proud to have (almost) done it.
Each image in here was genuinely taken on the appropriate day, although there's at least one that was uploaded in error and there are three that I know of that have been uploaded out of order but there's no way of rectifying that on Epz. DeviantART is more flexible in that you can move the images around. In fact, for putting one of these together, it's more user friendly altogether.
It's also been annoying, frustrating, time consuming and there were times, quite a few times, in fact, when I could happily have walked away from it. Some particularly low points were revisited this afternoon when I had to re-number certain images but hey! It's almost done, so I suppose that's something of an achievement.
If anything, I've become even more aware of the possibilities around me for getting photographs where others might not see them. I've always been an opportunist and have been able to 'see' photographs anyway but when you have to get one every day, it hones those skills somewhat.
My final upload, or at least, my final shot will take place on the 29th. of this month, which is a Tuesday and I'd like it to be something spectacular although, since I'm only a lowly amateur with a proper job, work might get in the way!
We'll see.
B.
