Cheers Sues - sore bits beginning to recover after 20 miles off road and ten miles on. Some of the roughest cross country riding I've ever done over the Fairy Pools route, down into Sligichan.

Took an antique two section tripod which just holds the weight of a D200 and a small prime - the above was shot at one eighth of a second using self timer and a polarising filter to give me enough time to bimble into the frame Smile
