As it was lovely cold and sunny yesterday, I did a tour of Painswick which looked really in the morning sun. I’ll post some of the photos in the next few days.
“Painswick is quite often referred to as the Queen of the Cotswolds due to it's fine buildings of pale grey limestone. These are a reflection of the town's former prosperity during 300 years of activity in the cloth industry.” (Painswick Tourist Information Guide)”

Thanks for the comments and reactions about the lovely hamlet of Nag’s Head posted yesterday.
Have a nice day,
Jean-Noël

I'm a total sucker for arch/doorway/window shots and this is a gem, because of the silhouetted details in the corners of the frame. V1 for me, for the little bit more depth at the base of the composition.

Makes a great scene through the archway JNC, Cotswold stone lends itself so well to photography, well done on getting exposure on the wood in the dark, fine image, Adrian
Two fine views of Painswick High Street, like the framing in both. You certainly picked a good day for photography
