As yesterday’s up-load this photo was taken one morning in mid-January this year on the grounds of the Confucius Temple in Tainan City.
Adults do Tai-Chi as part of their morning routine. From sunrise to mid-morning there are lots of people of all ages in the parks in all the big cities who are focusing their mind solely on the movements of their arms, legs and body. It is said that it helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity to the people doing Tai Chi.
My great surprise was to see very young children having their Tai Chi session on the grounds of the Confucius Temple. It was a most delightful sight.
Thank you for your comments yesterday and I hope you will enjoy seeing this delightful little girl. I do not know what she’s thinking but her face is a real jewel.
Have a good evening,
Jean-Noël
