“Confucius has been honored as “Supreme Sage and Teacher” in Chinese history and culture for the past 2500 years. The temple for worshipping Confucius served as both a site for ceremonial rituals and educational endeavors.
In Taiwan, the first Confucius Temple was built in Tainan in the year 1665. From here, Confucianism was gradually disseminated islandwide.” (http://confucius.cca.gov.tw/)”

Another glimpse on the Ta Cheng palace and various views on the other versions. (Taken from the door of the same building as yesterday’s up-load)

Thanks for stopping by and your support is alwaysappreciated.

I so like the view through the open door...a wonderful composition.
I have to say that V2 is my favourite though, with those amazing colours & so much detail.
Well done.
