The walk to Amalia Gorge is a 3,4 km trail along a stony path. You have to climb a few rocks as you get in the gorge but it’s easy.

The heat is bearable as there is some shade and you know you will be rewarded of your efforts by a swim in a water hole among red rocks (King Leopold Sanstone).
