Anzac day

Anzac day by ColleenA

Love all your pics, Colleen. Poppies aren’t in season here for Anzac day to we have to make them.
Thousand upon thousands have been made this year for the 100th anniversary. The dawn service
here in the heart of Rockingham was packed to the hilt.
The kookaburra’s in the trees joined in with the playing the Lost Post it was an amusing touch to the ceremony.

Regards….. Jocelia…….GrinGrinGrin

Congratulations on everything you have done with hard work to get nomminated in the first place.
All are lovely peices of creation are a delight to the eye and very much food for thought on ‘how can we all help’.
In our situation,(my husband and I) growing our own veggies in a hot climate without chemicals while neighbours
around us just let their fruit rot. The little bit we do to save water and use solar electicity is nothng to what we should be doing.
Your trip to Alaska sounds most interesting.
All the best and keep up your fantastic work. You certainly deserve my award…...GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Hi John,
I see you have a great panaramic view of Bussleton jetty for your portfolio header. I posted some from there recently.
I truly have heaps in my archives that I could put on over the next twelve months from all that I have taken since I
had my little Canon a couple of years ago.
Its so good to see how you work and capture yours. Have fun and shall look forward to viewing more in the future……..

Thanks for looking into my portpollio. Yours is interesting. Thanks for your coment. Mine is also a compact camera
and I am quite happy to manage this one. My husband has to carry my bag while I am clicking away. I have been taking photos for for a while
but am in the small league compared to many of the other photographers. I really am enjoying what I am doing. Look forward to your future
After our visit to the UK so many of my shot will be coming from there, I am in Oz.
All the best for now JC…………..

Thanks for your welcome comment. Christchurch was special to me especially after the earthquake. I have so many shots that we took in 2009. There will be more to come in the next few weeks.
