taken from the shoreline rocks between the fishing village of Craster and the iconic ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle.
"All alone I didn't like the feeling,
All alone I sat and cried,
All alone I had to find some meaning
In the centre of the pain I felt inside.
All alone I came into this world
All alone I will someday die
Solid stone is just sand and water, baby,
Sand and water, and a million years gone by."
As always Thanks for Looking

Superbly captured. Love the excellent detail in the seaweed, the light falling on the rocks and the gentle hint of slow movement in the waves. The castle is right on the thirds and is a fitting placement of the whole scene as a cracking landscape. It was one of our better shoots and you have done it full justice.
Top drawer.

Love the foreground, the Still Life of glistening wet seaweed on the rocks. The castle is almost incidental to that.

This shot is textbook.
Composition and rule of thirds is spot on.
Colour and tones are just right.
Exposure is perfect.
Sharp throughout and a nice wide angle - a prefect shot in my opinion.
Shortlisted and fav'd.

A very beautiful scene, Chant, gorgeous lighting, and just has to be viewed large to appreciate that superb detail in the foreground rocks and seaweed.
