Just spent an hour in the garden and this chap posed nicely for me. Only thing is it looks a bit over sharpened on my monitor.

Simply brilliant John. I have been after one of these for ages but all have been very nervous, probably because of local Sparrowhawks.

I hope to get a shot like this over the winter if all goes to plan.

Nice pose and setting.Sharpening looks fine to me.
I think a slight contrast and maybe saturation increase would be worth trying here.
