This is the first time I have seen a red squirrel never mind photographing one.

The red squirrel population in N Ireland is very much in decline so I was very pleased to see this wee chap.

Ade, I agree it is a bit cental but had I cropped a bit off the right it would have chopped a bit of the tail and if I removed a piece of the left the squirrel would have had nothing to look into but thank you for your critique.

I am very pleased, as this shot along with another one of mine has been accepted into the 2012 NIPA exhibition in our Waterfront Hall, Belfast.
