A whirlwind week

I haven't had a chance to sit down and type away for a few days. Yeah, okay, no need for the cheers Smile

Sunday afternoon/evening was spent at Edgbaston watching the cricket, Monday evening was a chance to get out and do a bit of much needed work in the garden and last night we went to see Bon Jovi in Coventry. I'm feeling a bit knackered now, I can tell you.

I haven't even had chance to go through the 900 or so pictures from Saturday's visit to the MotoGP at Donington. I was quite surprized to have so many considering my camera decided it didn't like the weather and downed tools for a few hours.

Hopefully I'll get a couple of hours tonight to start work on that.

The rest of the week is going to be rather busy too. There's yet more Twenty20 cricket tomorrow and Friday and a 50th birthday party on Saturday evening.

It'll be Monday morning again before I know it :-(

Well I see you are faithfully completing this day by day whether there is a response or not.
I'm just getting to the point of thinking maybe I wilI drop it. It seems to me that perhaps the regulars in forums and the regulars with friends who vote for their shots will make a go with the blogs, and I'm not sure if its worth the time putting it up if there is very little response.
However, grumble aside, hope the cricket was good. We were away for the weekend, but live about a mile from the cricket ground, so quite near where you were. Opposite the grounds is Cannon Hill Park where I take lots of photos throughout the year. Not sure if you've dropped in there before but its worth visitting with the camera.
Do you take shots at the cricket too?
Sounds like a busy weekend ahead
Hope you enjoy it
Helen
