The weekend starts here

So, my wife has gone off on her hen weekend and won't be back until Sunday afternoon, by which time I'll have a nice juicy roast ready and waiting - boy will she be surprized.

I've finished my working week, done the Tesco's run and cracked open the first beer of the weekend. If it's the first of many tonight, this blog could get very silly, so I'll apologise in advance The local Indian restaurant will be getting a call sometime soon requesting a sample of their finest ware.

Still haven't decided what to do with my Saturday yet. Think I'll see what the weather is like in the morning and maybe venture out into the Warwickshire countryside with my camera in hand and see what I can find.

Lucky Wife!!
My hubby thinks the kettle is a female only appliance..........."I've got three women (me and two children) in the house, why should I learn how to plug it in"! sort of attitude!!

He's got it made Karen Let's face it, a roast isn't rocket-salad is it (sorry, I mean rocket-science).

In truth, my culinary skills are a little bit limited, although I have got a Dunlop star for my breakfasts

Not only has my hubby got 3 women under his feet, his mum lives next door!! LOL - Beat that!!
