Pebbles at Church Ope Cove, Portland, taken on yesterday's Northscape South / ePz meet.

In the absence of dramatic lighting it was a case of looking for opportunities which suited the ... er ... beautifully even, soft, diffuse illumination.

Great to meet so many new faces / familiar names from the site.

1/2 sec, f/16, ISO 100

A beautiful shot that captures the colours, shapes and sea-worn smoothness of these pebbles so well. Great presentation, and a worthy HC - well done.

Thanks guys and gals ... and thanks for the HC, Pete.

Cole, Matt and Chris: yeah, you could have wandered over - I wouldn't have bitten. 'Course, I might have scattered the stones when I saw you coming ... Wink

Good to meet you all anyway.
