Another from my visit to Return To Freedom, as you can see this was before the summer took its tole on the grass.

This little filly was born two days before the photo and was running up and down the hills keeping up with the mum and the herd.

V2 is me playing with texture and tone so feedback would be great fully received. I wanted to create an old western type of feel to the photo.

As always thanks for taking a look; all moments, clicks and critiques welcome

David

A delightful shot of the pair, David, the youngster closely following mum's every move: I think you achieved what you were after in V 2 although for me V 1 is the winner.
Ronnie.

Nothing like getting close to wild ponies/horses, just love the smell of them, how weird am I?

Nothing can better the original David. I love them.
Chris

And I know what you mean about the grass. We've been waterlogged all summer and the poor horses are fretting something chronic to get out of the stables. Sad
