Thanks to every who helped/commented with my Burn photograph, especially Willie, great learning from this, re-sposted a mode which looks much better.

Today back to more familiar ground with another Red Squirrel, this time is quite challenging light conditions.

Shaun, the lichen dies almost immediately due to the pollution down here unfortunately (sad but true).

I brought a perch back in a sealed bag from the Cairngorms, a couple of years ago
It lasted a day after it had been exposed to our local climateSad

Believe it or not I went for the snow, no snow in Scotland but it snowed at home while I was away !!!!
