The composition is good - do not mind more than half being the clouds as that is where the interest is and not in the ' plain' looking foreground field.

The exposure has been well handled to retain detail in the clouds.

It is a good shot but my only concern is that it does not really convey

You may have already found them but there are some viewpoints between Jack and Jill / Ditchling Beacon that would do this.
