Taken on a recent camping trip to Snowdonia National Park. The area behind the tent was a lovely woodland with moss covered stones - a hive of activity - this lovely nuthatch included - amongst lots of woodland mice, owls and cuckoos!

Another beaut, John. The shallow depth of field really accentuates the sharpness of the bird. Lovely colours in the background. That stripe that is a continuation of the beak's colour does give him an angry sort of look.
