The Aonach Eagach on the left, the Buachailles in the middle and the Three Sisters on the right.

Viewed from Sgorr nam Fiannaidh, one of the horriblestly steep and loose rock paths imaginable to climb from the Clachaig. Not recommended and don't ever consider descending it either....!!

That's a simply wonderful image, John. The light and shadow give this a palpable feeling of depth and the composition of this breathtaking scene is superb. I look at this and a quote comes to mind that 'education is the progressive understanding of your own ignorance' I have so much to learn!

Superb high vantage viewpoint allowing this shot along the Glen (the road can easily be followed) towards Rannoch Moor.......as I've said before, full marks to you for achieving such excellent high viewpoints and allowing we valley bottom dwellers to see such sights as I for one can only imagine.
Ronnie.

Thanks all and Alun for your award.

Appreciated,

JP

Cracking shot !!!....impressive view up the glen from your vantage point !!!....though I don't
envy your way up......I've studied that through binoculars from the road, & it's just too
horrendous for me.....though the result was obviously worth it for you !!!!!!!!.Smile

Thanks for sharing a viewpoint I doubt I will get to see in real life. Wonderful clarity and dappled lighting.
