A brief beak in the clouds allowed us a glimpse of the Glen Etive hills over the Drochaid Ghlais ridge from Ben Cruachan.

Yes Scott, a day to remember for the conditons, craic, views and sheer enjoyment, I just hope the three guys without crampons or axes made it down safely.
A sublime image John. Shame I am to unfit and lardy to get to these spots!! Shots like this may give me the motivation to get fit again one day!!

Natures gift to the brave who climb our mountains in winter. That glimpse must have given energy for the rest of the day.
