The remarkble feature of Sgurr Dearg is the fluted fin of rock that stands proud of the main mountain by 8m, the Inaccessible Pinnacle.

That's a lovely pic John. Well done for getting up there and being ready!

I seem to recall the Inn Pin is now the official summit of Sgurr Dearg, proven by GPS... bit of a bind for the Munrobaggers who can't climb!

Fine high level photography, with so much detail, part sunlit but with shadowed areas littered with screes.
