I've envisaged this shot for quite some time now and had the chance to try it out this weekend.

A beautiful winter Lakeland shot, John. It's so refreshing to see such a shot taken from the top of a fell rather than from lakeside, and the light and colours in this one are lovely. Beautifully composed and so well worth the effort involved. Congrats. on 'nickyv32's' award.

Bloody hell John you get about! Ever thought about doing some still life, you know flowers Wink lol.

This is superb and I must say I am very envious of the time you spend out there. I had a taste of Glencoe and now I just can't seem to focus on owt else Sad

Super image with top exposure.
