Natural bonsai.....the wind has a way of twisting them into quite fascinating shapes.
I have seen full grown trees growing on top of a granite rock! Amazing adaptation ability.

This is a Mosaic Darner, or as they are called in Britain, Hawker There are many subspecies, I'm not sure which one it is. There are some good identification sites on line. The ID depends and the shape and color of the mosaics and the shape of the tail. It amazes me they have been around longer than the dinosaurs....they must be doing something rightSmile
