...Happened on the Way Through the Garden.
This is another whimsical quilt that I adored. It was was designed and made by Karen Veiga after a tour of the Maine Botanical Gardens. The flowers are all literal translations of their common names. Look large if you have time.
The versions are close ups of some of the flowers.

and actually, they all are
I love the labels! And V1, for the full picture, with all the little 'faces' arrayed - though the detail shots are delightful.
