Hi All - almost the weekend!
I know a few of you said you'd like to see the colour version of last night's shot, so I processed it - and I hate it! Just looks washed out -no drama at all - so you won't be seeing it in a hurry!
Here's one from t'other side, with lots of con-trails (which for once I feel add to the image) and a stick!
Hope you like, Thanks for looking - off to Beth's Parents Evening tonight - catch up later
Beautiful image Fran, great f/g detail and lovely sky
Lovely shot here Fran. I don't mind contrails so much myself, as quite often, they can add a bit of interest to the sky and catch the sunlight quite nicely.
Fantastic - one of my favourites of yours well done! I think the lines in the sky make for added interest, and the same for the stick and the rocks and the pier... I like it - keep up the fab work
A wonderful sky, Fran, love the light on the shallow water in the foreground. Carol
I like it,
Thanks Folks - just got back from Beth's Parent's Evening - sorry I missed your comments - much appreciated
Its great Fran, and where did you get that stick? I want one! Fancy trading it for say, a bouy or life ring or even a lobster pot.
Yes, I like the contrails too. The sky would be a lot less interesting without them.
I love your composition, Fran, and the con trails do add a bit of extra interest. The f/g detail is impeccable, you've caught the wave just on the point of breaking and the overall light and natural colours are spot on.
Thanks Ian, Ally & Ronnie
LOL, Ian - this one's long since gone! It proved to be "TheW"'s Nemesis, as it wouldn't stay still for him, and when he bent down to "position" it, his filters fell off into the North sea! (tee hee)
A delightful image Fran. Full of good things especially the composition.
